Menopause has brought insomnia and stress, limiting me to a mere 3–5 hours of sleep nightly. After taking one pill for a few days, I noticed my sleep duration improved to six or seven hours! Now, I’m sharing this and highly recommending it as I even managed to sleep for a record eight hours. My nerves have calmed, and stress has notably decreased!

I take three 100 mg capsules daily, and it's been a tremendous help with my depression. I didn't notice its full impact until 2-3 weeks in, so patience is key. This was my last resort before trying another antidepressant. Compared to the past medication, it has similar effects without the troublesome side effects associated with high doses.

5-HTP has profoundly affected me. Initially, I took it during a month-long vitamin course to combat insomnia. The effects were exceptional, although waking up was challenging. However, it effectively addresses insomnia, although I didn’t experience any side effects like nausea. I highly recommend it!

Excellent! I take this with feverfew and acetaminophen to combat migraines. At the first sign of trouble, I take one 5-HTP, two capsules of feverfew, and Tylenol. For the first time, I've managed to eliminate a migraine without resorting to ibuprofen or stronger medications. Highly recommended!
